can I order a custom book box?

Yes, however, it will take longer than a standard book box already in stock.

HOW LONG DO CUSTOM PRE-ORDERS TAKE?

Pre-orders usually take 3-6 weeks (without shipping) as opposed to products already in stock. Pre-orders are usually only for limited-edition products not yet in store with limited availability or a custom gift box.

can i request a new book rather than preloved?

Unfortunately, we only use pre- loved books in our gift boxes. However we ensure that the book is in very good condition.

What shipping options do we provide?

We ship using Royal Mail services. Different delivery options are available under Royal Mail. For guaranteed arrival, we recommend you upgrade to tracked parcels, especially for international orders. We may upgrade certain orders for free to tracked postage if the order is large.

Does Bookscribe provide international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, shipping time and price will differ depending on the recipient country. Please see the Royal Mail shipping website for specific delivery schedules and note that there can be delays.
